We offer Abseiling

We offer abseiling at various scenic and exciting venues including;

Cape Town - Table Mountain at 1000 m above sea level you can step off the top and rappel into pure vertical space. Here we offer the world’s original highest commercial abseil where you are surrounded by astonishing views and have the deep blue Atlantic Ocean at your feet! You don't need any experience, just a bit of crazy and a lust for an adrenaline rush.

Durban - Howick Falls at 107 m (357 feet) you will abseil beside South Africa’s second highest waterfall, Howick Falls, making it one of the tallest abseils in South Africa. It is also the only abseil where you finish up in an inflatable two-man kayak. You can abseil side-by-side with your partner, child or friend to share this once in a lifetime experience.
Shongweni Dam & Game Reserve is a 1700 hectare reserve situated approximately 40 km from Durban. It is home to various wildlife and bird species and is used to conduct leadership, personal development, team building and adventure events. Abseiling or Rap Jumping the 40 m Shongweni Dam Wall is an experience you will never forget!
Oribi Gorge will have you abseil down a 110 m Cliff face, alongside Lehr’s waterfall. You determine your own pace, and have the opportunity to fully enjoy the thrill of one of the world’s highest commercial abseils. The first 45 m is a cliff abseil while the remaining 65 m is a free abseil. Beginners will be given full instruction on the techniques and only when they have satisfied certain requirements will they be lowered over the edge of the 170 m waterfall.

The Garden Route - Mossel Bay's coastline is scattered with the most beautiful natural resources for Abseiling or Rap Jumping and Climbing (Top Roping).
Wilderness and Plettenberg Bay - The Kaaimans Gorge holds one of the most beautiful abseil sights where you have the chance to do two 45 m abseils right next to a waterfall and land in a canoe at the bottom. A brand new development, especially for group bookings, is a gorgeous abseil site at Robberg in Plettenberg Bay where the view overlooks the sea and allows one to do whale watching as you descend.
Tsitsikamma - You will abseil 30 m down a cliff into a fern cove.This adventure activity is suitable for ages 7 years and up and requires pre-booking as it is usually offered as a package combined with the "Waterfall Zip line Tour".

Victoria Falls and Livingstone - The abseil activities are operated on a spectacular site above Rapid 7 where a safety instructor briefs guests on the area and proper use of the equipment before starting. The abseil is 53 m moving down the gorge wall backwards or you can "rap jump" facing towards it. The minimum age requirement is 10 years and the abseil is available to the minimum of one person to the maximum of 20. Tea, coffee and scones are served on arrival and soft drinks and iced water are available during the day.
